Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
We're seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator to lead the planning, implementation, and support of our IT infrastructure in a fast-paced production environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic oversight of systems, networks, and user resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support end-user systems, desktop applications, and network infrastructure.

Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades, configurations, and policy development.

Maintain asset inventories, technical documentation, and compliance procedures.

Deploy and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and security systems.

Support application development teams and improve operational performance.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, network protocols, security tools, and hardware.

Experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, VDI, and enterprise software.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
