Description
Serve as the Workday Payroll & Benefits configuration lead-responsible for implementing changes, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing user experience
Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, EIB loads, and integrations
Manage testing, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
Provide user training and support on Workday processes and new features
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and compliance to align system functionality with operational needs
Stay informed of Workday system updates/releases and communicate key changes to appropriate teams
Translate technical system details into language business users can understand
Profile
5+ years of HRIS experience required, with at least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in two or more Workday modules
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Ability to navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
Strong communication skills-must be able to explain complex system changes to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working with assertive personalities and holding their own in collaborative discussions
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
