Description

  • Serve as the Workday Payroll & Benefits configuration lead-responsible for implementing changes, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing user experience

  • Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, EIB loads, and integrations

  • Manage testing, issue resolution, and root cause analysis

  • Provide user training and support on Workday processes and new features

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and compliance to align system functionality with operational needs

  • Stay informed of Workday system updates/releases and communicate key changes to appropriate teams

  • Translate technical system details into language business users can understand

Profile

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience required, with at least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in two or more Workday modules

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

  • Ability to navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment with confidence and poise

  • Strong communication skills-must be able to explain complex system changes to non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable working with assertive personalities and holding their own in collaborative discussions

  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
