Location: Austin, TX
Working Model: On-site
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a fast-growing company in the energy infrastructure space, is seeking an Business Systems Support Analyst to support and manage a variety of business-critical software systems. This role sits within the accounting team and requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can handle user support, system configuration, and data integrity tasks across multiple enterprise applications.



Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Support Analyst

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across business applications
  • Perform basic configuration updates (fields, settings, data mappings)
  • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex problems when needed
  • Monitor system integrations and resolve common errors
  • Support data imports/exports and perform validation checks
  • Assist with reporting on application usage and performance metrics
  • Document system changes and create user training materials
  • Provide onboarding support and app training to new users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve system use


Preferred Skills & Qualifications for the Business Systems Support Analyst

  • 2-5 years of experience in an application support or administrative role
  • Experience with ERP or business systems like NetSuite, Enverus, Concur, Adaptive, or Gatekeeper
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills a plus
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals, including network basics and data security
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Education and Experience Preferred for the Business Systems Support Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience supporting systems in finance, accounting, or business operations preferred
  • Exposure to integration monitoring and system documentation best practices
