Systems Analyst
Onsite, Grandview Heights, Ohio



Overview:

We're looking for a Systems Analyst with solid experience in the logistics/transportation industry and McLeod Software. This role will help optimize systems, support operations, and drive tech-based efficiencies across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a McLeod Software expert-support, configure, and optimize systems.

  • Analyze business needs and recommend system improvements.

  • Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, and IT to streamline processes.

  • Manage updates, test new features, and document workflows.

  • Support integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ELDs, fuel systems).



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a Systems Analyst or similar role within logistics.

  • Hands-on experience with McLeod Software is required.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and TMS integrations.
