A well-established nonprofit youth services organization in Greenwich, CT is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join their team. This organization has been supporting children and teens for over a century through engaging programs that foster academic success, character development, and leadership.

Position Overview:
The nonprofit is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Database Manager with advanced expertise in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of donor data, optimizing database systems, and supporting strategic fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Raiser's Edge, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates

  • Accurately enter daily gifts and generate weekly gift reports

  • Produce and send donor acknowledgments for tax-deductible, in-kind, and tribute gifts

  • Collaborate with Finance on weekly and monthly reconciliations

  • Maintain clean and well-organized constituent records

  • Perform regular database maintenance, including duplicate resolution and system updates

  • Provide internal support and troubleshooting for Raiser's Edge and related software

  • Create and manage queries, exports, and reports for Development and donor communications

  • Track pledges and send timely reminders

  • Assist with fundraising mailings and events, including data pulls and attendee tracking

  • Provide occasional support during evening/weekend fundraising events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Raiser's Edge experience in a nonprofit setting preferred

  • Strong donor segmentation and data analysis skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security

  • Experience with batch gift importing and CRM best practices
