Tallahassee State College is excited to announce openings for the position of Applied Cybersecurity PSAV Adjunct in Online Training APD. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.

What You'll Do
As Applied Cybersecurity PSAV Adjunct the day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver engaging instruction in-person activities as well as online assignments aligned with the Applied Cybersecurity "certificate" curriculum, including preparation for industry-recognized certifications.

  • Design and facilitate interactive, hands-on labs using virtualization tools and cybersecurity software

  • Utilize the designated Learning Management System (Canvas) to manage course content, assignments, grading, and communication

  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and other faculty members to continuously improve course delivery and student support

  • Participate in faculty training sessions, department meetings, and professional development as required

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate must:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent from a regionally accredited institution.

  • Have a CompTIA Security+ - Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA Sec+) or a security related industry certification.
